Accountability in public

What gets measured, gets published.

MESA's founding promise is simple: every dollar, hour and litre of water is tracked and reported back to the community that gave it.

Our roadmap

How MESA builds, one ward at a time.

This Week

Define the micro-mission: one ward, one tangible problem.

48 Hours

Draft a one-page project profile for the pilot ward.

2 Weeks

Recruit 5–10 founding volunteers; open communication channels.

Month 1

Run the pilot. Document everything — photos, numbers, testimony.

Month 3

Publish the first Impact & Accountability Report.

Months 6–12

Replicate the model in a second ward; begin formal registration.

Metrics we track

Measuring success, pillar by pillar.
